Kowloon Bay tells the story of a father and son who went on a business trip to Hong Kong in 2007.

While traveling through Hong Kong Island, visiting the night markets, Kowloon Bay, and interacting with the local population, they gathered an experience that influenced the composition of this formula. Hong Kong was also a very special place for Jordi. For him, it was a point in his life where he grew as a person and as a professional, and he was able to gain personal fulfillment thanks to this journey.

To this day, he continues to wear a ring he bought on that trip, carrying a piece of that memory with him wherever he goes in Hong Kong.
