All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we have a large volume of orders, shipments may take a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.

Next day delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within mainland Spain.
Occasionally, delivery delays may occur.
Shipping to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Almah Parfums 1948 ships to addresses within Spain and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number(s). Tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, duties and taxes
Almah Parfums 1948 is not responsible for customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (duties, taxes)
Damage
Almah Parfums 1948 is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.
