The purchase process is very simple:

  1. Choose your ALMAH perfume. Each one is unique and there are several formats (30 ml or 100 + 30 ml). Choose the one that best suits you.
  2. Add it to the shopping cart.
  3. Keep shopping at the store or process your order, you decide.
  4. If you continue shopping, your shopping cart will be in the top menu and you can check it at any time.
  5. If you want to process your order, click on “CHECKOUT”
  6. Fill in the form with your personal information and shipping address
  7. Choose one of the payment methods we offer you.
  8. The shipping data will be updated depending on the address you enter.
  9. If your country does not appear on the shipping list, send us an email to info@almah.com and we will examine your case.
  10. Once you have entered your information, check that it is correct and confirm the order.
  11. Finally, you will receive an email with the order confirmation.

These General Purchase Conditions – now GPC -, regulate the purchase conditions of the different products offered on our website: www.almah.com, owned by TCL Perfumery Group & Essenssa S.L. (now referred to as ALMAH PARFUMS 1948), a Spanish company, with CIF B65899718, and located in Calle la Pagesia (Pg.Ind. Vilanoveta), nº 15, Sant Pere de Ribes, 08812 Barcelona – Spain.

Users who make purchases at www.almah.com fully accept these GPCs and will be bound by them, as if they were written at the time of purchase. To place the order it is necessary that the user, previously or during the order, registers as a customer, for which they must fill out a form with the information necessary to create an account if it was the first order, or introduce their username and password if they already own an account. In doing so, the user declares that they are over 18 years old.

The prices and conditions of sale have a purely informative nature and can be modified according to market fluctuations. However, placing the order by completing the purchase form implies compliance with the price offered and with the general conditions of sale in force at that particular time. Once the order is formalized, the purchase will be perfected, with all the legal guarantees that protect the acquiring consumer and, from that moment, the prices and conditions will be contractual and cannot be modified without the express agreement of both contractors.

ALMAH PARFUMS 1948 reserves the right to modify the general conditions of purchase without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through the website and the way in which they appear presented or located in their servers.


All products are new, and are presented in their original packaging or seal.

The color of all products can be seen in the product image. Due to the color display on the monitor and depending on the its settings, there may be color variations with respect to reality. We cannot accept changes or returns because the color is not exactly the same as expected. Returns will only be accepted if a product arrives in poor condition due to factory problems or transportation problems or if it is defective.


Prices are expressed in EUROS, taxes included, and do not include shipping costs unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific product. The exposed prices may be reviewed and modified if the conditions require it at any time. Products are available for sale while stocks last.

The products are served according to rates in force on the website at the time of order registration.

  • Through PayPal. Paypal gives you two options: either use your PayPal account or enter your credit card. Once you have made the payment with the platform, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as we receive the payment confirmation, we will process your order. It is possible that if you use PayPal for the first time, you will see 1 euro of your credit card withheld. This is not a commission or expense but an internal PayPal procedure to confirm that your card number is valid. After a couple of days you will see the euro in your account again.
  • By credit card: not active yet.
  • Shipments are made through UPS.
  • Delivery times range between 24 and 72 hours. We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to meet them whenever possible.
  • Delivery times will depend on the availability of each product. In orders that include several items, a single shipment will be made and the delivery time will correspond to the item whose delivery time is longer.
  • The customer will have 72 hours to verify the integrity of the order and to verify that it includes everything that it owes. After 72 hours, the shipment will be accepted and claims will not be accepted for damage or failure with the shipment.
  • An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. It is in the next 24 hours when the customer must verify the products upon receipt and expose all the objections that may exist.

In case of receiving a product damaged by transport it is advisable to contact us within the first 24 hours to be able to claim the incident from the transport company.

Our shipping rates are:

  • For orders in Spain – Peninsula, € 6.5. Shipping in 24-72 working hours
  • Orders for Spain – Balearic Islands – € 16.5 – Shipping in 24-28 working hours
  • Orders for Spain – Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla – € 22 – Shipping in 24-28 business hours + customs supplement

Shipping costs are free for purchases over € 40.

The change of the product will be made whenever the errors or defects are checked and provided that the original packaging remains intact, without refund of the amount received by ALMAH PARFUMS 1948 in any case.

All transport, return, insurance and replacement costs of the goods in the case of defects or supply errors will be borne by ALMAH PARFUMS 1948.

The cancellation of an order must be made before the product is shipped. In that case, ALMAH PARFUMS 1948 will proceed to refund the amount at no charge to the customer.

According to the provisions of article 4 of Royal Decree 1905/99, of December 17, the customer will have a period of up to 14 business days to terminate the contract, either for claims or returns, without any penalty to their charge. However, transport costs arising from the return, will be borne by the buyer. They will be free to choose and find the agency that best suits their needs or with the most competitive rates.

Once the product is received and after our team has verified that it is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. The payment received will be returned, including the delivery cost with the exception of the additional expenses generated by the return.

Returns due to poor condition of the products or supply errors must be communicated within a maximum period of 7 days upon receipt of the product by email to info@almah.com, indicating the order number and the causes of return.

Once we receive the product, ALMAH PARFUMS 1948 will check for possible defects or errors, and once we have  certified that the product is, in fact, defective, we will replace the units, making a new shipment as soon as possible, unless the product is unavailable at that moment.
